4. Registration and Account Security

Fulltoto may temporarily restrict account functions while investigating a security concern. Fulltoto will never ask you to disclose your complete password through ordinary support communication. Activity completed using valid credentials may be treated as authorised unless evidence establishes otherwise.
5. Deposits, Payment Methods, and Account Funds
Deposits must originate from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the registered player. Fulltoto may support MYR payments through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, subject to account eligibility and operational availability.
Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may differ by method. Applicable limits, processing information, and any fees will be displayed before confirmation where relevant. Fulltoto may refuse or reverse third-party payments, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, or deposits that fail verification.
Funds held in a Fulltoto account do not earn interest. A deposit should be used for genuine gambling activity and must not be used solely to transfer money between payment methods. Fulltoto may request evidence concerning the source of funds where required for security, fraud prevention, or compliance checks.
6. Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules
A wager is accepted only when Fulltoto records and confirms it. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not guarantee acceptance. Odds may change before confirmation, and players must review the stake, selection, market, odds, and potential return before placing a wager.
Sports wagers on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, esports, and other events are settled using the applicable market rules and recognised result information. Fulltoto may void a wager where an event is cancelled, a market is offered in error, odds are clearly incorrect, or integrity concerns affect settlement.
Casino game results are determined according to the relevant game rules. A disconnected session does not automatically cancel a completed game round. If Fulltoto systems recorded the result before the interruption, that recorded result may remain valid.
Display errors, delayed data, incorrect scores, or obvious technical mistakes do not create an entitlement to inaccurate winnings. Fulltoto may correct an account balance or settlement to reflect the valid result, while keeping an appropriate transaction record.
7. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Benefits
Fulltoto bonuses are governed by the specific conditions displayed with each offer. Those conditions may include an eligible deposit amount, wagering requirement, minimum odds, game contribution rate, maximum convertible amount, withdrawal restriction, or expiry period.
Bonus Funds are not the same as cash and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable requirements are satisfied. Cancelling a bonus may remove the Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Fulltoto may exclude selected games, sports markets, payment methods, or wagering patterns from an offer.
Fulltoto may withhold promotional benefits where accounts are duplicated, identity details are inconsistent, bets are coordinated, low-risk wagering is used to exploit an offer, or other bonus abuse is reasonably identified. 8. Withdrawals, Verification, and Processing
A Fulltoto withdrawal may be requested only from an available cash balance. Active wagers, locked bonuses, incomplete wagering requirements, or pending account checks may reduce the amount available for withdrawal.
Fulltoto may require KYC verification before processing funds. Documents may include proof of identity, age, residential address, payment ownership, and source of funds. Documents must be genuine, readable, current, and consistent with the registered account details.
Where practical, Fulltoto may return money through the original deposit method. Processing times vary according to internal checks, e-wallet availability, Malaysian bank schedules, public holidays, cryptocurrency network conditions, and payment provider procedures. Any time shown is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Fulltoto may delay a withdrawal while investigating account security, unusual activity, payment disputes, fraud indicators, responsible gambling concerns, or legal and compliance requirements. Players must not initiate chargebacks for valid transactions without first raising the matter with Fulltoto support.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Fulltoto to:
- register while under 21 years of age or provide false identity information;
- operate multiple accounts, share an account, or access another player's account;
- launder money, transfer third-party funds, or conceal the source of payment;
- use bots, automated betting tools, game manipulation, collusion, or prohibited software;
- exploit obvious pricing errors, delayed feeds, technical faults, or promotion weaknesses;
- harass Fulltoto staff, threaten other users, or submit fraudulent complaints;
- interfere with the website, test its security without permission, or distribute malicious code;

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A player's recoverable claim relating directly to a confirmed Fulltoto account transaction will be assessed using verified records, applicable game rules, and the circumstances of the dispute.
12. Account Suspension and Closure
Players may request account closure through Fulltoto support. Before closure, open wagers may remain subject to settlement, and any eligible remaining balance will be processed after required verification and account review.
Fulltoto may suspend, restrict, or close an account for breach of these terms, underage use, failed verification, security risk, fraud, payment disputes, prohibited conduct, responsible gambling concerns, or legal requirements. Fulltoto may also stop offering a product or service where operationally necessary.
Account closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure. Clauses concerning verification, settlement, prohibited conduct, liability, disputes, and payment obligations continue where their nature requires survival.
13. Changes to These Terms
Fulltoto may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security requirements, payment developments, legal obligations, or improvements in player protection. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Material changes may be communicated through an account notice or website message. Continued use of Fulltoto after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using Fulltoto and request account closure.
